Your wedding day moves quickly. There is the bride getting ready, the groom preparing for the baraat, parents and grandparents, haldi, mehendi, sangeet, the wedding ceremony, couple portraits, family photographs and the reception. Many of these moments happen only once, so wedding photography needs experience, planning and attention throughout the day.

Impresio Wedding Photography, founded by Vikas Singh and Saan, has 12+ years of photography experience and 5,000+ shoots. We photograph complete weddings, individual wedding functions, pre-weddings and destination weddings with a combination of candid photography, traditional family photographs, guided couple portraits and cinematic wedding films.

We are based around Noida, Delhi NCR and Bangalore, and take wedding assignments across major Indian cities and destinations. Whether your wedding is in Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai or another destination, we plan the photography around your actual wedding schedule and requirements.

12+ Years of Wedding Photography Experience

Impresio was founded by Vikas Singh and Saan and has completed 5,000+ shoots over 12+ years.

For wedding photography, experience is not only about the number of years. A wedding has no retake. The bride enters once, the baraat happens once, the rituals happen once and family members may come together only for that particular celebration.

After photographing thousands of people and celebrations, our team understands how to work around these situations. We know when a couple needs direction, when family photographs need to be organised quickly, when to step back and let a moment happen naturally, and when the wedding schedule requires the photography plan to change.

This experience helps us cover the wedding properly without making the couple spend the entire day thinking about the camera.

Wedding Photography That Covers the Complete Day

We photograph more than the bride and groom.

A complete wedding story includes the people, rituals, family, venue, details and celebrations around the couple. Our coverage can include getting ready, haldi, mehendi, sangeet, engagement, wedding ceremonies, reception, family portraits, couple portraits and candid moments throughout the day.

We combine candid wedding photography and traditional wedding photography rather than asking couples to choose only one. Candid photographs preserve natural interactions and expressions, while traditional photographs make sure parents, grandparents, siblings and extended family have the formal photographs they expect.

The result is a wedding gallery that covers both the important planned photographs and the moments that happened naturally.

Candid Wedding Photography

Candid wedding photography is about being ready when something happens, not simply asking everyone to ignore the camera.

Indian weddings have constant movement. Friends are around the groom, family members are helping the bride, rituals are happening, guests are arriving and different conversations are taking place around the venue. Our photographers stay aware of these situations and look for expressions, relationships and interactions that are easy to miss.

We photograph the bride and groom, parents, grandparents, siblings, friends and guests throughout the celebrations. The aim is to give you candid photographs that look natural because the moment itself was natural.

Traditional Wedding Photography

Traditional wedding photographs are still important for Indian families.

Parents with the bride and groom, grandparents, siblings, relatives, ceremony photographs and important rituals all need proper coverage. These photographs are often the ones that eventually become family portraits and album spreads.

Our photographers organise these photographs efficiently so family members do not have to spend unnecessary time standing for pictures. We cover the required combinations while keeping the wedding schedule moving.

Traditional photography and candid photography work together in our wedding coverage.

Bride & Groom Wedding Photography

The couple needs photographs together, but the wedding day often leaves very little time for them.

We plan dedicated couple portraits around the wedding schedule. You do not need to know how to pose. Our photographers guide you through the basic positioning and movement while keeping the interaction comfortable.

We photograph the bride’s outfit, jewellery and styling, the groom’s outfit and details, and the couple together. Depending on your preference, the portraits can be natural, traditional, editorial or cinematic.

The aim is to create photographs that look polished without making you look uncomfortable or over-posed.

Indian Wedding Functions We Cover

Engagement Photography

Engagement photography includes the couple, family, friends, décor, rituals and natural interactions during the celebration. We can also create dedicated couple portraits during the event.

Haldi Photography

Haldi is fast, colourful and full of family interaction. We cover the rituals, bride and groom, parents, friends, décor and candid moments as the celebration develops.

Mehendi Photography

Mehendi coverage focuses on the bride, mehendi details, jewellery, family, friends, décor and the interactions happening around her during the function.

Sangeet Photography

Sangeet photography covers performances, family acts, the couple, guests, stage photographs and audience reactions. We photograph both what happens on stage and the celebrations around it.

Bride Getting Ready

Getting-ready photographs cover the bride’s outfit, jewellery, makeup, family members helping her and the quiet moments before she leaves for the wedding.

Groom Getting Ready

Groom preparation includes outfit details, accessories, portraits, family interactions and the moments before the baraat or ceremony.

Wedding Ceremony

We photograph the main rituals, couple, family, ceremony details and important moments while working around the actual proceedings.

Reception Photography

Reception coverage includes couple portraits, family photographs, guests, speeches, performances, décor and candid interactions.

Wedding Cinematography

Wedding photography gives you photographs to look back at. Cinematography brings back movement, voices, music and the atmosphere of the day.

Our wedding films can include the bride and groom, family reactions, ceremonies, speeches, performances, celebrations and smaller interactions between functions. Photography and cinematography are planned together so that both teams can cover the wedding without constantly interrupting the couple.

The final film should feel connected to the actual wedding rather than a collection of unrelated clips.

Pre-Wedding Photography

A pre-wedding shoot gives the couple more time to create photographs without the pressure of the wedding schedule.

We plan the session around your preferred location, outfits and photography style. Some couples prefer natural outdoor photographs, while others want a more editorial, cinematic or dramatic look.

We use your references to understand what you like, but the final photographs are planned around the couple rather than copied from another shoot.

Wedding Photography for Families

A wedding brings two families together, and those relationships are an important part of the photographs.

We make time for parents, grandparents, siblings and extended family along with the bride and groom. Formal family portraits are planned properly, while candid photographs continue throughout the celebrations.

Years later, the photographs of your parents, grandparents and family members may become just as important as your couple portraits. We therefore treat family coverage as an essential part of wedding photography, not an extra photograph at the end.

Destination Wedding Photography

Destination weddings require additional planning because the photography team is working around travel, multiple venues, several functions and a fixed wedding schedule.

Impresio provides destination wedding photography and cinematography across India. We photograph weddings at resorts, palaces, farmhouses, heritage properties and other destination venues.

Where we have already photographed a wedding, we can also show the actual work from that venue rather than relying on generic destination photographs.

Wedding Albums

Your wedding photographs should not remain only as files on a phone or computer.

We design wedding albums that bring together the complete story, including getting-ready photographs, family, rituals, couple portraits, candid moments, details and reception photographs.

The photographs are selected and arranged as a story so that the album remains meaningful when you look at it years after the wedding.

Wedding Photography Packages

Wedding photography pricing depends on the actual wedding requirement.

The main factors include the number of functions, coverage hours, number of photographers, candid and traditional coverage, cinematography, pre-wedding photography, albums and destination travel.

A one-day wedding and a three-day celebration should not be treated as the same package. We first understand your wedding schedule and then discuss the photography coverage that fits your requirement.

How We Work

Once you contact Impresio, we first understand your wedding date, city, venue and functions.

We then discuss the photography style you prefer, the number of photographers required, cinematography, albums and other deliverables.

Once the booking is confirmed, we plan the photography around the wedding schedule. Family photographs, couple portraits and important moments are considered before the wedding so there is less confusion on the actual day.

You enjoy your wedding. Our team focuses on photographing it properly.

Why Our 5,000+ Shoots Matter

12+ years and 5,000+ shoots is not only a number on the website.

It means our photographers have worked with people who are comfortable in front of a camera and people who are not. We have photographed families with young children, large groups, elderly relatives, couples who need direction and couples who prefer to be left alone.

Wedding days also change. Timings move, ceremonies start late, weather changes and family members may not be available when originally planned.

Experience helps the photographer adjust without losing the important photographs.

That is the practical value behind our experience.

FAQ

How do we know Impresio can handle our wedding properly?

The easiest way to judge a wedding photographer is not by looking at ten selected photographs on Instagram. Look at a complete wedding and see how the photographer handles the whole day. A wedding has very different situations: the bride getting ready, the groom with his family, crowded haldi, fast-moving rituals, formal family photographs, couple portraits and the reception. The photographer has to be comfortable with all of them.

At Impresio, we have been photographing people and celebrations for 12+ years and have completed 5,000+ shoots. That experience is useful particularly on a wedding day because things rarely happen exactly according to the original plan. A ceremony may start late, a family member may be missing for a group photograph, the couple may get only a few minutes between functions, or two important moments may happen at the same time. We plan the coverage beforehand, but our photographers also stay alert and adjust during the wedding.

We also recommend that couples look at complete Impresio wedding stories, not only our favourite photographs. A full gallery shows how we photograph the bride, groom, family, rituals, guests, details and couple portraits across an actual wedding. If your wedding has several functions or a large family, tell us that during the enquiry so we can discuss the appropriate photography team and coverage instead of simply putting you into a standard package.

What is actually included in wedding photography, and how do we choose the right package?

Wedding photography packages can look very similar when you compare them on paper, but the actual coverage can be very different. Before choosing a package, first decide what you want photographed. Is it only the wedding day, or do you also want haldi, mehendi, sangeet, engagement, getting-ready coverage and reception? Do you want candid and traditional photography together? Do you need cinematography, a pre-wedding shoot or albums?

At Impresio, we plan the package around these requirements. The main factors are number of functions, number of days, coverage hours, photography team, candid and traditional coverage, cinematography, pre-wedding photography, albums and travel for weddings outside our regular service locations.

We also recommend looking beyond the number of photographs promised. Ask who will actually photograph the wedding, which functions are covered, how family portraits are handled, what films are included, what the album includes and when the final photographs and films will be delivered. These are the details that make two packages with similar prices very different in actual use. Current Indian wedding-photography guidance also places strong emphasis on clarifying deliverables, team members, coverage and delivery timelines before booking.

How do you photograph a busy Indian wedding without making us spend the whole day posing?

This is something we think about before the wedding itself. Indian weddings have a lot happening at the same time, and we do not want the couple or family to feel that every few minutes someone is stopping the celebration for a photograph.

For the important family photographs, we organise people properly and keep the process moving. For couple portraits, we usually set aside a practical amount of time so you can get photographs together without rushing through them. During the rest of the wedding, our photographers observe what is happening and photograph the natural interactions around the ceremonies, family and guests.

You also do not need to know how to pose. We guide you when a portrait needs direction, particularly during bride and groom photographs, but we do not want every photograph to have the same expression or body position. A conversation between the couple, a parent helping with jewellery, friends teasing the groom or a family member reacting to a ritual can often make a better photograph than another forced pose.

This is one reason experience matters in wedding photography. The photographer needs to know when to direct, when to wait and when to simply photograph what is already happening. That balance is particularly important in Indian weddings, where the schedule, family and rituals can change quickly. Questions around style, direction and whether a photographer can handle the actual pace of a wedding are also among the common questions couples are advised to ask before booking.

How much does wedding photography cost, and what should we actually compare before booking?

There is no single useful price for wedding photography because a one-day wedding and a three-day Indian wedding are completely different assignments. The cost changes with the number of functions, number of days, coverage hours, team size, candid and traditional photography, cinematography, pre-wedding requirements, albums and travel.

When comparing photographers, we recommend comparing the complete coverage rather than only the final amount. Two quotes may look similar, but one may include a larger photography team, cinematography and an album while another may only include basic photography. Similarly, a lower quote may not provide the amount of coverage your wedding actually requires.

We prefer to understand your wedding first. Tell us your wedding date, city, venue and functions, and whether you are looking for photography only or photography with films and albums. We can then explain what type of coverage would be practical for your wedding.

The same approach applies to destination weddings. Travel, accommodation, additional days and multiple venues can change the requirement, so those details should be discussed before the package is finalised.

Most importantly, do not compare photographers only on price or the number of edited images. Look at complete wedding galleries, the actual team, photography style, coverage, deliverables, communication and experience. Recent Indian wedding-photography guidance makes the same point: couples should compare the actual work, team and deliverables rather than treating packages as interchangeable lists.
